So, I have this spreadsheet I put together a while back that consolidates a lot of details surrounding all the eBay countries/sites that I've been able to identify. I collected together lists of various codes, such as SiteIDs, GlobalIDs, RotationIDs, etc., helpful to myself as an API developer and eBay/ePN affiliate. All along I figured it would probably be helpful to others as well, so I finally made some time to clean up the spreadsheet and put it online. If you're interested, you can check it out here, care of Google Docs.
While I'm pretty confident that any "codes" (Site ID, Global ID, etc.) on the spreadsheet are accurate, there may be some holes or mistakes in some of the "fuzzy" pieces of information in the spreadsheet, as well as certain eBay country-sites that may not be fully accessible or operational from my vantage point. So go right ahead and post any requested additions/corrections in this thread and I'll try to get them integrated into regular document revisions.
You'll see some pretty casual terminology I made up to track certain things I found important for one reason or another, such as whether to swap the decimal point and thousands separator symbols (compared to where I'm standing here in the US).
Also, let me apologize in advance if this spreadsheet happens to expose some cultural misunderstandings on my part. Feel free to politely correct me on anything you come across (wrong language? wrong currency symbol?) and again, I'll get it updated in due time.
Thanks,
-h

No, I don't have any formal corroboration from ePN. Everything in the spreadsheet is just what I've gathered from "here and there" on the boards, ePN blog posts, what I've observed through my own use of things, and of course resource pages here on the eBay Dev site. Sometimes if I was missing a code, I just went to Random.org to generate one as a filler (ok, just kidding on that last point).
Sounds like you're wondering specifically about the RotationID and VectorID? The VectorIDs came from a post on the ePN forum a while back that you probably saw - an ePN staff member posted them. I made sure all the RotationIDs he included in that list were what I had, although I had a few extra that he didn't list, so I couldn't confirm that way. I may have even gotten a few of those codes from a post on the boards by you, eons ago.

I still have to invoice/sue you over that... I requested an update from EPN for the new programs. Best to wait to implement until I have that. I'm not in a rush to add the new program until I verify them.
I've adopted the Finding API a bit too early for my liking, but I've pared my code down to one call in finding and still have shopping code lying about just in case.
Hopefully the new program roll out smoothly.

[nobr]I've updated the spreadsheet with an additional column that labels the eBay site's language in ISO-2 notation. (Thanks to alssoftware for his fine suggestion.)
