placeoffer affiliate tracking not working?

The placeoffer tracking doesnt seem to be generating any "hits" in the partner network i've verified all the information is correct?! (is it a glitch with the new CPC and the fact that placeoffer api is still using CPA?)

Are you allowed to use affiliate tracking at all? I haven't used PlaceOffer myself, so I'm not totally sure, but I thought eBay affiliates weren't allowed to place bids for users. (Maybe I'm misunderstanding things here.)

i've went through all the approval processes , the bidding is not automatic the user has to enter a bid and press confirm (on a wireless device) , the bids go through fine but it would seem they are not crediting my account which I assume is a glitch with the new Quality Clicking thingy (I understood placeoffer calls were staying at CPA as it's not a click action).

Ah, ok. Looks like my misunderstanding. I had a closer look at the ePN ToS doc about it, and like you say, the rule against it is if it's an automatic bid placement, which as you say isn't your situation.
As for the tracking... Can you a post a sample of the rover link you're sending the bid/user through? (Be sure to remove your Campaign ID first.)
