I noticed the same thing, looking over my logs from the past several hours (mostly for FindPopularItems in Shopping API).
Agreed - the problem seems to be history at this point.

It's 4pm in S.C. and whatever the problem was, it's back.
This time it's actually worse.

For me it's findItemsAdvanced. Before lunch it was very slow, and now it's failing without giving error messages.

It works for an hour, and then it's down for two.

My calls are working again for the moment, no failures and much speedier.
Ebay folks, please be cautious with the production environment.

Mine still down. Even though now sometimes just returns an "Internal Error" instead of timing out.
FindPopularSearches works good, though.
