Finding eBay TransactionID via Paypal IPN

Hi,
i need a way to find eBay TransactionID if i have Paypal IPN (and eBay ItemID). I need TransactionID for use in CompleteSale later.

How i can map Paypal IPN to eBay TransactionID?
